Le Tertre is situated near Ceaucé in South Normandy, making it an excellent base for exploring the departments of Orne, Manche and Mayenne.

Many of our guests choose to stay with us because they can comfortably visit several estate agents and properties across the different areas without needing to change accommodation during their trip.

📅Flexible Stays

Property viewing trips rarely go exactly to plan! You might decide to extend your stay to book an extra viewing or further explore a beautiful village you’ve fallen in love with.

We offer flexible self-catering accommodation, giving you the freedom to organise your days without restrictions. Check-in and check-out can also be amended to suit your needs.

After spending the day driving between viewings, and processing all that you’ve seen, it’s good to know you’re coming back to the peace and calm of your accommodation.
